Thailand Elite Visa
If you qualify for a Thailand Elite visa, now rebranded to Thailand Privilege Visa, you will receive a number of privileges. You will not only receive a 5-year multi-entry visa, but you will also receive concierge assistance and fast-track immigration. Managing the application process is quick and simple.
You’ll need to submit the completely filled-out application form along with a copy of your passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate, photo, and visa (if you have an existing Thai Visa) to an authorized Thai Elite agent. You will undergo a background check for 4 to 6 weeks depending on your nationality. Once you passed the background check, you will receive an approval notice along with the membership fee. You will need to pay the membership fee to the bank specified in the application form.

New Updates:

If you are an Elite Easy Access member and planning to upgrade your membership to either the Elite Superiority Extension or the Elite Ultimate Privilege package, it is still possible provided that you have to do the upgrade at least three months prior to the expiration of your current membership. Applications for upgrades submitted within three months of expiration will no longer be accepted.

SMART “Other” Visa
The “Other” SMART Visa is intended for foreign professionals, investors, and company executives working in specialized or restricted industries. This visa is popular among the types of SMART visa for expats and foreigners. You should have an established business in Thailand, earn 50,000 THB or more per month, and have at least one year contract can apply for this visa.
This visa type also grants the holder unlimited entry into the Kingdom with five years of residency, and VIP services. The fee for the visa is 600,000 Baht and can be renewed for a total of five years.
SMART Executive Visa
The SMART Executive Visa is for expatriates looking for a new career in Thailand. It allows the applicants to work in Thailand. This type of SMART Visa is ideal for senior executives. You must have a one-year validity employment contract with a firm in Thailand in your selected industry for you to qualify. You must also have a bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of relevant job experience.
Thailand Elite has been in business for seventeen years and expects to add 2,288 new subscribers in its fiscal year ending in September 2018. Sales is forecast to rise 7.7% or 1.4 Billion Baht. Over 70% of subscribers are current expats in Thailand on different visas, such as work permits, retirement visas, marriage visas, and so on. While each of these visas has merits and limitations, the Thailand Elite visa is by far the easiest alternative for most expats.
Extension of Stay
If you intend to stay longer in Thailand, you can request an extension of stay on your Thai Elite Visa. You will need to contact their customer support at 02-352-3000 or by visiting their office at 110/2 North Sathorn Road, Silom Bangrak, Bangkok. A Thai Elite representative will guide you through the process for the extension.
You must have a valid passport with at least 5 years of validity. Keep in mind that you must be in good standing with the program, have abided by the laws and regulations of Thailand, no immigration issues or violations, or any pending legal issues in Thailand. Otherwise, you won’t be able to extend or renew your Thai Elite Visa.
